All was good for one night. The two things I gave a 4 star was because the room smelled dank and like cigarettes in a non smoking room. Then the AC we had down to 67 didn’t seem to get that cold. Not bad for a nights stay. All kinds of food eateries and shopping in walking distance.

It was a place to sleep. The bathtub was dirty in the room. Every morning there was little to no breakfast left between 7am and 8am. The staff lady said she wasn't going to bring out more. The pool is listed as an perk to the hotel....it was filled in with concrete. Had I know that we wouldn't have chosen this hotel.

Taking son to college
The hotel is very nice and pleasant. We had to stay there because my sons' apartment wasn't ready. Staff was very nice. I personally loved the coffee 24/7.

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised an indoor pool. Nowhere on ******* or the hotel listing did it state that the pool was closed for construction. When I arrived, the pool area was blocked off and unavailable, which was a major reason for my reservation.
On top of that, the property was dirty and inconvenient — the back area was blocked off, and the overall condition did not match what was advertised. I tried to check out right away after seeing this, but the front desk told me I couldn’t cancel or get refunded for the first night, even though I did not stay there.
This was extremely disappointing and misleading. I paid for amenities that were not provided, and I feel I should be refunded for at least the first night due to the false advertising and poor condition of the hotel.
