Because of the weather we had to cut our trip short. They were not able to refund us the last night because we booked through you and paid in advance. Probably won’t use you in the future as it’s too hard to communicate with you.

Nice hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows.
The only problem was the Conditioner container in the shower was empty. (Normally I bring our own but forgot this time) so this was a small inconvenience.

Good value
Comfortable and very good value. Pool was pleasant surprise as it was kid and older person friendly. Walking distance to El Mezcal for dinner was a plus too.

There's no elevator at this hotel. The room also had an odd odor. Overall, it was okay.
