Never got the suite went to room and maintenance was working on sink they moved us to another room they claimed was a suite it had two full beds regular bath. Went and told them. Then claimed no other suites avaliable ended up in a king room no hot tub said they would call me and put us back in suite when fixed never happened

Staff were nice and the rooms were nice except light in the bathroom was flickering and the shower head was about to fall apart other than that is was good.

I don't think I will stay at this hotel again. The floor was very dirty, we had crumbs and debris all over. The room fridge was not cold, then i noticed it wasn't plugged in. When I plugged it in, it made weird noises and never actually got cold. It also smelled electrical and like refrigerant that eventually filled the whole room. Lastly, many of the tv channels didn't work.

Bed’s were uncomfortable-they looked like someone made them in a hurry- not very neat. Lobby was clean. Breakfast was ok

The room was clean and large. Lacked a chair, which was surprising because there seemed to be ample space for one. Only chair was the desk chair. Breakfast was good and offered options, however the hot food was cold. Check in process went well and quickly.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They made checking in and out easy and fast. There was construction going on in front of the hotel, but I couldn't hear it from my room. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept great. Overall a great stay. I would stay there again.

We checked in around 2am and the gentleman that checked us in was fabulous! He’s definitely an asset to your hotel. Very personable, friendly and funny! Hire more like him!!
嗯，首先要说的是，我预订的房间没有了。我预订的是带按摩浴缸的房间，但到了酒店后却被告知房间正在维修，所以他们给我降级了。他们给我安排的房间很旧，灯罩破烂不堪，很多灯泡都不见了。空调也不太好用，马桶还漏水流了一地。后来他们给我们换了房间，那个房间还可以，但绝对不像网上图片上展示的那样，也完全不值我们付的那个价格。大堂看起来挺高档诱人的，但幕后却是另一番景象。以他们收的这个价格，我绝对不会再住这里了。
