original room i was put in had black mold all throughout the bathroom ceiling. i was moved to a different room that, while it did not have mold, was absolutely disgusting. dirty bed and curtains that didnt even close all the way on the first floor. entire hotel had a weird smell. and the bathroom shower is absolutely disgusting and looks like it hasn’t been updated

Good place to stay
Decent place to stay. Only issue is some of the tvs not working too well but the staff was able to resolve issues.

Everything was good. The breakfast bar was good, except the eggs. They didnt look real. The property looked clean and safe.

Location is good. Most channels had fuzzy picture, had universal remote and couldn't get closed captioning to work. First night the remote quit working and the front desk person didn't know how to pair another remote to the tv. The water in the pool had a light green tint to it. The water pressure in the sink faucet was bad. The prooerty had replaced some if the air units in the rooms and the old ones were stored outside along the wall in the pool area which I considered hazardous.

It’s a decent hotel for the price but there are a lot of cosmetic issues in the bathrooms. I’ve stayed several times in different rooms and every bathroom has cracked tiles, painted tubs, no overhead light, etc.

We had two rooms 1 of those rooms was very clean the other was not. We had to get clean sheets for bed. Bathtub did not look scrubbed. There was an oily hand print on the wall right in middle.

The wi-fi/internet did not function, and even after I went to the desk to get help with it, it still did not work. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs an update badly.

Denied early check in per front desk. They had our room clean but housekeeping didnt want early check inn because it was inconvient for them to work around arrivals. Per front desk the housekeeping supervisor gets really upset if they do early check inn.. Have handicap husband and we had to wait an hour. Won't stay at Comfort inn again. Would understand if not told room was ready but couldnt do an early check in even if we paid extra.
