Very convenient if you're flying into Huntsville 5mins away from airport...Room was clean...with one concern of having to be switched to another because the carpet was wet due shower leak......Overall, I would stay here again as long as im in a room with a shower tat has been renovated

The room was severly damaged refrigerator wasnt working. The walls were cracked tub was chipped. Comforter was torn. Staff was not friendly. When I brought issues to the attention of staff, they acted as tho I was inconvenienceing them.

酒店回复: First let me say the tubs are five-years-old. There may be some chips on them, but it’s very small and unnoticeable. The walls were not torn. Where is the pictures of this? Why was it not reported immediately? I am the manager and this is the first I’m hearing of it now. You did ask for a late check out of two hours and was denied late Check out due to capacity. Then you seem to get upset. Also, the comforter wasn’t torn when it was put on the bed. All rooms are thoroughly checked before each guest. Not as good as past times
Always stay at this hotel, 3 to 4 times a year. Always have good service, but the last two visits have not been so. Coffee is a tremendously important part of my morning, and the last two trips there has been no coffee available. The first time I had to wait about 30 minutes while they prepared more. On this last trip, after waiting that long, I finally gave up, and had to leave the hotel to go get coffee that day. There used to be someone working the breakfast area and making sure everything was out, clean, and in place, but on both of these occasions there has not been. If this is a cut back in staffing, it was the wrong place to cut!

酒店回复: Hello, I am sorry but some of your review doesn’t seem right. I’m actually the person who does the coffee in the morning and I never let it run out, that’s why we have 2 canisters for it. We have never ever had a breakfast person. In 6 years the front desk has completed the tasks. We are a very small hotel. Only larger hotels have a dedicated breakfast person.Better luck in the future.

Booked through ********** app. Everytjing is great. Very new modern and clean facility. The only thing i did not like and was not mentioned is a hidden 50$ room damage charge that “they” determine if you get
It back. So i made a video of all the exsisting damages just in case

Prob no second stay
Took awhile to get checked in. Hotel was shiny and clean but weird curtains that you had to lower to match stripes but they did not block light out. Room was very bright. And the area was very noisy I had a sound machine and could hear the noise over that !

酒店回复: May I ask why it took so long to get you checked in? I have on my end it’s saying it took three minutes. The curtains are a modern brand and you use a chain to open and close them. We are sorry you did not enjoy your staying have a good day.
