I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Despite pre-payment and advance notification of my service animal, I got to the property and was denied check-in. The desk clerk did not ask to see my service animal certification, just sent me out at 11:30pm after a 6 hour drive. My service animal is 15 pounds and well behaved. It felt like racial discrimination.

For the cost, it was a good stay. The heat did not smell great when I first turned it on, but after running for a couple of hours, the smell dissipated. It was just a one-night stay, passing through, so it was a good bargain and served my needs.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast could’ve been better. There were very few selections.
The room was clean, the location was convenient.

The lady that was cleaning and stocking the breakfast area. Blew into the waffle maker as she spit into it. That is very gross, as she blew her germs all over the waffle maker. After that we just threw are food away. Everything is dirty and it smells. I would not recommend this place. Very dirty

Not an expensive room, but you're not writing home
Staff is very friendly. While the room and common areas were overall clean, the rooms are needing updates and repairs. My toilet had a piece of stacked soap carton to shim the toilet from rocking back and forth. There were 2 switches in the room that did nothing, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so each shower made the room very humid.

great location and staff, facilities adequate.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful but the property needs better upkeep. We stayed there last year and it is markedly less clean and maintained this year. It is a great location and again the front desk and breakfast staff were great.
