This was once a nice hotel but it is in need of renovation. The carpeting was stained and the room smelled sickening of mold. The sink faucet was loose and the baseboards dirty. There was a huge fight between employees at the check-in counter complete with hair pulling, fists flying and profanity We were eating breakfast and another guest there ran to help break up the fight while another called the police. Up until the police arrived they had to be separated because they were still trying to fight.
It was terribly disturbing to all the guests having breakfast. I request a full refund for both the rooms I rented there.

The room could use some major upgrades, parking was good. I missed breakfast so idk. The front desk lady was not professional at all. I think I was bothering her by interrupting her FaceTime call by asking for towels.

Hotel is older and worn, but appears clean. Location off highway is great with many food and retail options close by. Breakfast had typical hotel offerings. Common area furniture could use a refresh. Overall an okay stay for the money.

Great Stay at Comfort Suites Shreveport west I-20
Parking was very safe cameras and well lighted. Room was clean and they made up the room daily trash pick up, fresh towels, and made up bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot different meats, eggs, potatoes, sausage gravy every day (4).Breakfast bar was clean and it was kept stocked. Coffee was good. Waffle machine was in working order. Easy to get on and off interstate and plenty of restaurants near by.Would stay here again.Highly recommend.

The room LOOKED clean but had an odor to it. I sprayed lysol and even a room spray, did not help.

The hotel was nasty. We caught a fungus from the tub the hotel staff and faculty was very rude.
