I’ll start off by saying the staff was extremely nice, but unfortunately the hotel itself was not. I’m not one to nitpick and I understood I would be getting what I paid for, but when I got to the room I noticed the floor was coming up. Ok not a big deal. The towels we were given were stained and had other peoples hair on it. The hallway reeked terribly of urine, also peoples children were just laying around the hallways blocking the hall.. homeless people came in the morning while guests were getting breakfast. Everything so far has been okay to put up with but the final straw for us was when we noticed something crawling by the tv..lo and behold INFESTED with BUGS! that was enough to say enough is enough and leave immediately. Please be careful when booking a hotel in this area and read ALL the reviews!!

My senior aged husband and I were in an "accessible room". When showering the water flowed out of shower area onto bathroom floor. Had to use big towels to put on floor so for next shower it wouldn't leak onto floor.

Nice little spot for what we needed, a close spot next to the softball complex for the tournament we were attending. Our only issue was the room door locks. Even after getting our keys rekeyed, the door would not unlock until the 7th to 10th time trying to open it. The door locks seem to need fixing or upgrading.

No hot water, argued about it when informed. Then admitted to us hot water heater was turned off. Spent $190 for one nite to just sleep. Couldn’t shower and clean up to go to a funeral.

I was very displeased by my room having dirty areas (bathroom sink and bathtub), the bathtub didn’t drain so it had standing water, staff was not friendly at all, and the breakfast was cold and hard (biscuits).

The staff was real nice they did upgrade my room because of the couch was very uncomfortable very hard it didn't seem like a good place for my kid to sleep so they upgraded me but the other room it's not really bad the first room was smell good it's not clean but the couch bed in there awful and the second room they gave me when they upgraded me they beds were real small for two people and it smelled
