Upon entering the lobby we were greeted by the powerful smell of disinfectant cleaning supplies. We paid a fee for our 2 dogs. The room we checked into T 1:30am, after a long day on the road, smelled like urine. The smell was intense and obvious. There was a fabric upholstered couch that must have been used as a fire hydrant by previous guests’ dogs. We were too tired to complain. We slept for 4 hours and got back on the road.

The bed was horrible. My husband asked me to switch sides the last night we stayed and if I would have slept on that side the first night I would have been asking for a different room. When you rolled over you almost fell out of bed. For some reason it was broke down on the center edge. I informed the desk on my checkout; he really couldn't be bothered by it, and it didn't matter we had 3 sleepless nights in the "comfort" inn. Also, they want you to reuse your towels to save water, hang them up they say...there are 2 little hooks on the back of the door. 4 towels will never dry by the next day. How about adding some towel bars? Could add an exhaust fan also. the room was damp the whole weekend. Need more seating at breakfast, they have a very nice hot breakfast.

Always a friendly person at the desk. We appreciate the care they showed for the stray cat who has made a home in the lobby and comes and goes at will. A company with a heart for the least of God's creatures should be recognized. We've stayed twice in the last 3 months and will stay here any other time we are in Wichita Falls, TX. They did a great job and were attentive to our needs.

The breakfast was amazing and the attendant that morning was superwoman! She was constantly cleaning and restocking the areas and talking with the customers! She is a shining star at your hotel! She did not have a name tag so I don’t know her name but she is wonderful!
