Elevator was broken. No hot water, no coffee maker, heating/air was working but lights were broken so couldn’t tell how to adjust it, outlets in lamps didn’t work

Poorly maintained, had to ask for toilet paper and Kleenex, no coffee maker, ac/heat display was broken so couldn't tell how to set it, outlets didn't all work, breakfast was poor (waffles, toast, cereal), shower looked awful, no hot water. And elevator was broken so had to carry luggage up and down stairs.

Staff was very friendly and service orientated. Bad news dont know if they just took over this hotel or not putting money in to fix things. Elevator did not work and was told parts on order for a few weeks now, work out area closed and looked like a storage area for construction. could be a solid hotel if and when they get done remodeling/fixing stuff

You get what you pay for. So if you want a cheap night by all means. However, the elevator is shut down, the room numbers are all on the ground, paint and wall paper is peeling or half done, the sheets were stained, bathtub was full of dirt and grime, the sketchy people out front and half

Front desk staff friendly and
helpful. Pool needs maintenance. Breakfast was a joke, no pastry barely any coffee, no hot cocoa, no fruit, no juice. A pitcher of waffle batter and a pitcher of cereal does not a breakfast make.

The staff is very professional. Check in was done quickly. Room was clean and inviting. Slept like a rock all night. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Issued room with not enough beds at first, on 3rd floor, broken elevator. Had to walk down to rectify and then walk back up to new room. Cable TV didn’t work. Dirty towels and sheets. Looked like vomit or food still on the carpet. ******* failed on this one

There were multiple items in the room that were broken and the room was excruciatingly hot when we arrived. Not impressed at all. I guess that's what I get for trying to save a few bucks.

Won't stay again.
It wasn't kept up. The property is run down ina shaddy part of Salina. Outside doors won't lock. Elevator doesn't work. Bathtub is very slick and rusty. There were old french fries between the bed and side table.
