Average stay. The guy at the front seat was nice and helpful even tho it seemed everyone waited until 11:45pm to call the front desk. He was professional with everyone and still took care of getting me my room through 4 people calling over the course of him checking me in and he stayed calm and respectful the entire time.

The staff was very helpful. Since I requested a smoking room and all those were on the 3rd floor. This property had no elevator and since I have a handicap and cannot use stairs they opened a 1st floor room to allow me to smoke in.

Satisfied with all the amnesties of my stay clean check in and out smoothly grab and go breakfast housekeeping made sure everything was fulfilled daily no complaints about anything thank you friendly staff and also requested a late checkout

The room was very clean & I encountered no problems. The best part about it was the front desk. He was an older gentleman, he was very sweet & helpful. Definitely will be going back.

The desk clerk charged me twice for my room and then yelled at me when i told him he made an error by charging me twice then he called the manager and the manager tried to explain why i was charged twice like their is a reason to overcharge someone. I had to end up calling the police then the front desk refunded my money for the overcharge but i had to wait 5 days to receive my refund and he ended up apologizing however all of that was very unnecessary.

浴缸内的油漆已磨损，且有大片污渍。
地板不干净，上面还有头发。
蚊帐上有一个足球大小的洞。
滚筒过滤器很脏。
早餐包括水果、咖啡和果汁。榨汁机里的滴水盘很久没有清空了。
整个区域黏糊糊的，到处都是碎片，尽管接待处的女士强调她很无聊。
有很多方法可以消除这种无聊感。
