Room carpet is old but hotel is very clean so don’t care. Hotel is nicely maintained. AC works well. Breakfast was great and staff personally got my daughter hard boiled eggs after breakfast was closing. We appreciated getting a noon check out as we got in late. I like Marriott hotels but some Fairfield hotels are not up to good standards. Have had problems at Holiday Inn Express hotels in the past but this hotel has changed my opinion. Now if reviews are positive I will consider them.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The young woman handling it was busy, efficient, attentive to cleanliness and keeping everything fresh.

We weren’t even there! I made the reservation for Monday night the 27th, today is the 27th of July. We called right away to tell them it was sup[posed to be Monday night & they wouldn’t change it w/o charging us double!! We will never use/ stay there again!

This hotel was WONDERFUL!! It was all new and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing and had so many options!! Pool area was nice too!! Great hotel and I would absolutely stay here again!!

Just what we needed for one overnight in Mason City. The pool was quiet and clean, the room was clean with great a/c, and breakfast had several good choices. I would definitely stay here again.
