Middle of remodel, handicap room had a double bed for two, door would not lock. Bottom of door looks like someone tried to kick it in. People walking back and forth all night. Water pressure ******

Shower did not work. I called the front desk the lady said she was new and didn’t know what to do and that the manager wasn’t in until 3pm. They didn’t even offer me another room or anything. I would like to speak to someone about this.

如果相对于价格来说，这个酒店性价比还是不错的，停车场很宽敞，早餐也还可以，到了美国就算是万豪的酒店，早餐也不过如此。酒店的前台服务也不错，还帮我打印了材料，但是房间卫生间的排风扇不好，噪声不是一般的大，所以我不敢开。不过淋浴还是不错的。
前台的女士太棒了：勤奋又友善。管理层没有回应*******的退款请求——因为我们没有入住这家酒店。我们办理了入住手续，查看了可用的房间，发现它不适合居住（吸烟房，吸烟多年；床单有烟烫痕迹等等）。我们通过*******预订了一间无烟房，但入住时酒店已无空房。如果可以的话，我真想给管理层打零分。

办理入住花了好长时间。我到的时候他们还没收到我的预订单，所以只能等着电脑确认。我们到房间的时候，浴室的垃圾桶都堆满了。吹风机架看起来很恶心。脏兮兮的，我只能用脏兮兮来形容它的样子。房间里的空调简直是假的。电视遥控器也坏了。音量也调不了。真让人失望。毛巾架看起来也不怎么样，像是被人用力拉弯了一样。
他们给了我一间吸烟室，但我不抽烟，他们也没有给我换房间，因为这是不可能的，”办公室里的女士说，因为我使用了 ******* 应用程序。
