We did not get the room we had requested and needed. The alternate room was not adequate, hotel was dirty, towel bar was falling off the wall, and staff wasn’t helpful. We had to leave and could not even stay.

There was foul odor in the hallway. The elevator did not work. The shower only had one stream coming out of the head.

There was no body at the desk, majority of the time. The elevator was broken. The pool was closed. Which is one of the reasons we chose to stay there was to use the pool, but it was out of service. And the entire hotel smelled of **** when we went to check out there was no one at the desk. We rang the bell a couple times and no one came. Finally I just put my room cards by the computer and walked out.

Staff accidentally gave my room to wrong guest but we didn’t know until I got into room. Did remedy but it to 20 minutes
我们受到了非常友好的接待，并办理了入住手续。因为我们预订的房间还在打扫（我们到得有点早），所以给我们免费升级到了双人间。早餐很棒，所有员工都非常友好有礼。酒店很安静，床也超级舒服。我和我丈夫一人睡一张床，可以尽情舒展身体，舒服地看电视，直到睡觉。
我没有入住我预订的房间，而且泳池也很脏，没有毛巾，甚至连灯都没开，水冷得像冰块一样。前台对一个小女孩很粗鲁，小女孩只是礼貌地问能否在早餐收走前自己拿点吃的，却被告知不行。当时我作为一位母亲，对小女孩说“来吧，亲爱的”，然后赶紧帮她和她弟弟拿了早餐。有时候多花一点点时间去善待他人，这份善意会被永远铭记。所以，与其把食物扔掉，不如让孩子们吃，而不是让他们觉得他们吃他们已经付过钱的食物是一种负担。
泳池坏了。早餐不错。她让我提前入住。
