THE ONLY ISSUE WAS SELF MADE. I THOUGHT SINCE IT SAID " BILTMORE WEST" IT WAS CLOSE TO BILTMORE LOL BUT THAT WASN'T TRUE. THE STAFF WAS VERY SWEET AND PROFESSIONAL, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. WE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE HOTEL.

Breakfast was satisfying, room was clean, comfortable and handy to all amenities. Hairdryer didn’t work but it was immediately replaced. Easy to get to and leave if traveling from north to a southern destination.

The breakfast choices were alright but the food was not great. The second night at the hotel the guest in the room below us was smoking and it was coming through our vents and our room smelled terrible. We had to shut our bathroom door and open the balcony door at 2:00am to air out the room. The front desk attendant told us that the guest had been warned about smoking before and had been fined. Unfortunately there was no other room to move us to. I get migraine headaches from smoke and we really don't like the smell of smoke so that was VERY unpleasant for us.

House keeping opened my door at 945am no knock just open. Checkout is at 11am. The room was dirty and hotel needs care.

Not the best but staff was nice
I was traveling alone with my daughter for a softball tournament. The proximity to the ball Park was great, but the location was not the most safe looking. Facility is worn and upkeep is fair. the refrigerator made a skreetching sound in the middle of the night and the bed hurt my back. For the price I paid on a weekend, it wasn’t not the best. BUT the front office staff was amazing! Very kind and friendly. she Found an item that belonged to my daughter and was so dilligent to make sure she got it back.

The hotel was okay. We stayed in a King Suite. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. But I wouldnt even think about sitting on the couch. It was visibly dirty and old. The carpet was worn but didn't look that old. The hotel looks to have been remodeled in the last 5 years or so but there were multiple electrical boxes with plates over them on the walls and painted over. I've definitely stayed in worse hotels but I probably wouldn't stay here again.
