The room was very clean despite the outdated furniture and old building. The staff was more than friendly and helpful! I felt very safe staying here and think it’s worth the price they’re asking. The walls and floors had lots of wear and tear, but the non smoking room smelled clean and I had no issues.

There were roaches in the room. The pillows and sheets weren’t clean. The sink was eroded. The pictures of the property seemed like a complete 180 from the actual room. The hallway smelled. It was a 2 star property, so I didn’t want to expect much, because it won’t be fair. But the property lacks basic hygiene, everything is dilapidated.

Moldy & Musty

Aside from the standard dinginess and low condition one expects from a motel like this, I was surprised by the fact that my ceiling was covered in mold. Not only was it moldy, but the room had a musty/damp smell that neccissitated me to wash everything I had brought with me.

I have never been to a hotel where I actually felt afraid. The place was disgusting. I’m sure there are health code violations. I’m willing to put up with a lot to save money. We left and went across the street to Comfort Inn. Supposedly they are refunding my money. We’ll see.
