Our rooms were clean, perfect for our group this service was excellent and I would definitely recommend it

For the first time in 13 years, we were told our family of 7 could not stay in a hotel room together, and we would either have to leave or pay for two rooms.
We had just driven 12 hours for the holidays and arrived at 11:30 at night. As soon we we walked into the room, the man at the front desk called and told us we were a fire hazard and had to leave or buy another room.
Couldn't believe it. I could understand if it was several random people travelling together, or even 7 adults. But it was my husband and I and our 5 kids. We were exhausted and had to leave because we didn't have the resources to pay for an extra room. He didn't say he was sorry or act like he felt bad at all. We didn't get settled into a new room until 1 a.m. Sometimes, people should come before rules. Sorry.

When the reservation was made, we should have noted right there with the amount of people that it would require two rooms so you would be prepared upon arrival. I will discuss this with my Team Member so he will know how to be more delicate when delivering unfortunate news. I hope your family did locate safe and secure lodging for the Holidays.

The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff who checked me was very professional, friendly and made me feel welcomed. He was awesome.

Did not eat breakfast due to health issue which is why I was in Little Rock. The staff has always been very friendly (we have stayed at this property before) and parking is good and well lit.
If I have an issue the staff always resolve the problem.

The room needs renovation. The carpet is so dirty and smelly that made our stay become a nightmare.

Safe and the breakfast was good. But the room condition could have been much better. We had problems receiving towels as they kept saying the housekeeping hadn’t came in yet to wash more and we had a bad toilet that never got fixed from tbe time we checked in on Friday until we checked out on Sunday. We were finally brought a plunger on Saturday night for us to plunge the toilet ourselves and the manger chose to comment they were short handed. Overall the worst stay out of all the weekend traveling we do!!!!

Went down to get my 2 year old breakfast, the waffle maker was being cleaned. I waited almost 15 mins, along with several other people,, they brought it out but hadn’t put the mix in. The sausage was out, and the employee brought out more eggs(which was already almost full). I was just going to get her a muffin but they only had chocolate and banana
So I wasn’t able to get my daughter anything to eat before we went to church. The front desk clerk was helping but she didn’t know where things were, etc.
definitely the worst experience in regards to breakfast that I’ve had.
I will say the front desk employee super nice, and have customer service on an A-1 level.

We only have two flavors of muffins or danish per our brand standards. Of course, there is cereal, yogurt and other items that should have been out so I will check to make sure our Breakfast is meeting our Standards. Thank You for staying with us!

The room smelled very Misty, coffee pot was broken, tv had no signal, bathroom vent broken. The pack n play that was brought up for our baby was also broken. Pool was freezing and splash pad was broken which was the reason we choose this hotel. Both treadmills in the gym were broken and the water fountain was broken. The breakfast was out on time, fresh and well stocked. Overall very disappointed and conditions were like a motel.
