Check in was easy and customer service was excellent. Room was clean and nice. I stay here frequently because of the friendly staff and nice rooms, with comfortable beds and pillows.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and the continental breakfast is also good. We had family in the hospital so the locaton was great.

Arrived during a city wide power outage. The young man at the front desk was calm and got all guests into their rooms very efficiently and pleasantly. He was excellent.
Room was clean and comfortable as always. Price very reasonable.
Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Very nice hotel with the expected good conditions to be in Rapid City. Hotel well maintained, good service, friendly personnel, etc. I truly recommend this hotel.

酒店位置很好，去我们要去的地方都很方便。酒店旁边就有家Ruby Tuesday餐厅，很不错。酒店干净又安静。床有点硬，但我们还是睡得很好。有欧陆式早餐也很好！下次还会再来。
