The only good thing was the night staff that tried to accommodate all the wrong things with the room. There were holes in the wall, headboard was ripped off the wall, the door had been kicked in, there were roaches around the AC.

After I got checked in and given my room key, I proceeded to the room they assigned. I reserved a king size single bed smoking, but that wasn’t what I got. I chose this hotel because I was looking to relax in the pool, however that couldn’t happen because it was empty and not working. There were holes in the walls of the room. The safety locks that are found inside the room were nonexistent. The faucet in the bathtub ran constantly all night. The toilet seat was detached, only the lid was there. Needless to say, my experience was horrible and I won’t stay at Magnuson Hotel ever again. The photos they have posted on these sites are lies. This is a hotel that I would not recommend to anyone.
