First night the bed was horrible, paid for another night to switch rooms to get a better bed. Staff fixed it immediately. Love this place.

Room great..same as a week ago when I was here. Really needed to use the business center, but the printer was low on ink, so copies faded. Also, jammed and all in all, not very user friendly. 2 printers but only one "answered."
Was an important piece that I called ahead on.

Was surprised at the cleanliness, breakfast options, etc. This was one of me first choice stays and it was great!

The room was comfortable.
The housekeeper only came every 3 days which was not ideal but overall a good stay!

Everything was great except for the bed. The bed felt like I was laying on a wooden platform. My body hurts from the hard surface.

The wifi is horrible, the tv went in and out without a channel guide - but the room was clean, there was hot water, and the fridge worked.

Excellent place to stay! Rooms are super clean, staff is great, breakfast was great and the coffee was fabulous! Have stayed here multiple times and it’s always great!

好酒店，符合预期。我们到达机场时已经很晚了，所以去酒店的交通费（尽管很近）非常昂贵。建议提前预订交通工具。在我们的旅游团开始之前住了一晚。
