The check in process was easy and the staff check in was spot on. Great attitude, friendly and helpful. She even tracked down a fan for me since I forgot mine.

The front desk personnel were great and out us in the least noisy room she could but other guests were simply not respectful. The property seemed rather run down but was clean. We did not have breakfast as we left at 6am.

After another stay in St. Louis in another hotel this place was like the four seasons compared to the other hotel. Had a great stay!

The hotel was just okay. The room was fine and we appreciated that the hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast was just alright. They ran out of forks one morning and Joe, the front desk rep, said he was sorry & they had to order more. Why not drive to a local dollar store & buy some until the forks came in on their next order? When we checked in, Joe, was extremely rude, flippant, and pretentious. But, the other staff (Manella & Crystal) were SUPER sweet, polite, & accommodating! We also appreciated the fresh popcorn, lemon water, & doggie treats that were available in the lobby.

Room was clean, but the bed wasn’t the greatest. You could feel the metal springs. My tv also stopped working at one point so I went to sleep.

我在这里的体验好到没话说。我是通过第三方网站在线预订的，但当我打电话和前台女士沟通时，她非常友善，得知我行动不便后，特意帮我安排了低楼层的房间。我一定会尽快再来的。而且我还能带上我的小狗，这简直太棒了！
床太硬了，枕头也很小。我们的房间就在一台非常吵的制冰机旁边，还有一扇使用频繁的门，人们总是任由它砰地关上。
工作人员非常非常有礼貌，会提供很多住宿建议。位置有点偏僻，但开车过去绝对没问题。
