The staff made us feel welcome and we were able to bring our service animal and there were no issues. The hotel was very accommodating will definitely return in the future.

Noisiest motel I’ve ever stayed at. Housekeeping staff yelling down the hall at each other at 7am. Ice machine being used all night right outside my door. Housekeeping staff area across from my room. Staff did not apologize.

I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a lot of great options. The pool was clean and my five year old enjoyed it. The lobby was clean and modern. They had water and popcorn set out all day. Not a far drive from the city.

Not quiet at all! We listened to a kid scream all night in the joining room next to us. Best advice I can give is to not get the joining rooms! He woke at 430 am and was up bouncing off the walls all morning. It was horrible!

Our toilet backed up. After contacting the front desk to ask for a plunger, we were told they would contact housekeeping. About an hour later we called the front desk again. We were told that no one was available for housekeeping, their closet was closed and they did not have access to it. I stated, so basically you are saying you cant fix it and we now have no toilet to use? The worker stated she was going to contact the manager. Another 45 minutes later my husband went to the front desk and asked again what they were going to do. They said there was nothing they could do. My husband had to use a plastic bag to unclog the toilet. Upon check out we were told the manager would call us. My husband ended up calling the hotel later that day because we never got a call. The manager agreed to refund half of our money for the room. This was a nice gesture, but overall, housekeeping supplies should be available at all times for situations like this.

The entrance door to the room was very hard to open and close. Second level back door was not in operating order to where i had to walk the entire length of the building to get to my room. Had a better visit last week with a different company and fifty dollars cheaper.

Room was clean and quiet. TV was difficult to navigate as the channel guide didn’t match the channels. Breakfast options were very limited this stay. There was only eggs and waffles early this morning. We stay here often and usually have sausage and biscuits and gravy also. Otherwise everything was great.
