总体来说还不错,房间挺大的有沙发,设备虽然没有非常的新但是打扫的还是蛮干净的。楼下有露天泳池,还行孩子们挺开心。我觉得价位和地理位置真的不错的。就是我们入住期间他们说Houston停电所以电梯不能用只能自己搬行李。我觉得还是蛮满意的。携程真的很赞,在国外也能很好的使用预定项目,要给携程一个大大的赞,定好直接入住很简单。

我刚进酒店的时候,前台没人,但能听到有人在看电视节目。我叫了一声,前台女士过来问我有什么可以帮您的,我说我是来办理入住的,但她没有查看我的预订,就用非常恶劣的语气告诉我,您来得太早了,入住时间是下午4点。我跟她说我昨天就应该入住了,结果她的态度一下子变了。办理完入住后,我回到房间,发现床单上还有上次入住留下的污渍。总之,我在这里住得不太愉快,以后不会再来了。
因为家里停电,我们住了一晚。床很舒服,地方也很干净。服务也很好。这是我第二次住在这里,不过两次电视都出了问题。空调制冷效果不错,但睡了一整晚才舒服。就价格而言,这次住宿体验还不错。

我预订了3晚,但只住了1晚。如果我们不是天黑后到达,我就会立刻离开。另外,如果酒店的其他地方还算干净的话,我本来想换房间的。然而,整个酒店都脏得要命。

由于沟通失误,酒店误以为我已经离开,尽管我已经预订了房间,所有东西都放在房间里。他们没有给我打电话,而是去了我的房间,拿走了我所有的东西,翻遍了我的行李,还偷走了我的处方药。前台的女士承认翻过我的东西,但并不觉得有什么问题。工作人员太差劲了。
他们真是太棒了!客服非常热情,而且能解决任何问题。过去几年的体验一直都很棒!比其他预订公司我更喜欢他们。
这家酒店虽然不是新酒店,但维护得很好,也很干净。床很舒服。浴室和毛巾也很好。以后我再来镇上的时候还会住这家酒店。
