The sink did not drain properly. The faucet did not have an aerator. The lights in the bathroom were very dim. The room was spacious; the bed was comfortable. HVAC worked good.

Breakfast was very limited. The room was filthy, especially by the window. The tv was broken and when we were packing up to leave there were a couple of bugs in the room. The first sign to leave was at check in when there were firefighters investigating the gas smell that was taking over the lobby. But after a day or travel we were tired and just checked in anyways.

When I got there they gave me a room that was not clean yet but did switch rooms the breakfast was not good at all

Ample parking, clean room and glad there was a shower in lieu of bathtub (senior citizen). The breakfast was disappointing (limited) and was sad there is not Senior Discount or AARP discount available.

Our very first encounter with the staff member was not with a hello or welcome, but with a reminder that she would not check us in early. It was 2:34 pm. She was condescending and rude. The rooms were ready.
The room itself has dim lights, a torn curtain, a phone that was broken, and stains on the bathroom walls that I care not to think about. This is definitely one to skip.

The price per night was inflated due to Texas Tech having a home game. The condition of our room was very poor - mold, peeling paint, torn curtains. The door doesn’t latch well. We couldn’t leave due to no other options available. Buyer be ware.
