Our room had someone’s fake eyelashes on the bathroom counter which questioned me if it was even clean we were moved and the next room looked like someone laid in the bed on the pillow we r done staying here we always seam to have an issue and let it go but this was a final straw to staying here

Everything was real nice except I could not roll the luggage cart to my room. The elevator does not accommodate the room that I was given.

Great service and enjoyed the breakfast and gym amenities. Also, the electric car charger was super helpful for my family.

The staff was lovely..Haley was super friendly. We were able to get early check in and our room was upgraded from 2 double beds to 2 queens beds which was awesome..thank you. I loved that they already had pumpkin decorations out. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were 10/10 top tier. Breakfast was included and was an incredible variety…wow. From eggs, waffles, sausage, to bagels, English muffins, yogurt, and fruit..just to name some of it. In the morning Holly got us all checked out and was very friendly as well. Staff was great. The surrounding town seems small and quiet. We were there for the night lights festival at the Pocono Raceway. Every person we encountered was very friendly I must say Long Pond Pennsylvania treated us Minnesotans very well. Thank you.
