Do NOT book this Quality Inn. They are not open as there are construction equipment everywhere and the construction crew had no idea who to contact about this. I tried contacting the phone number from my confirmation email and it’s a number that does not exist. Tried calling corporate to get my money back but because it’s been over a month since I originally booked this reservation, I can’t. Every website where you can book a hotel, you can book this one but please don’t do this to yourself

Don't be fooled by the lovely outside exterior. Inside, the hotel was disgustingly dirty. There was food and trash littering the hallway (and it smelled like rotten food). It only got worse inside the room. My room had dead bugs underneath the mattress, and food crumbs under the bedding. Bathtub had not been cleaned, and the carpet turned my socks black with dirt. It really could be a nice place, the exterior was clean and the landscaping was perfect, but once you walked inside, you had a completely different experience. NO EXCUSE for the filth all over this hotel!

We stopped overnight because of an ad for hotel in the I-75 hotel deals magazine we picked up at a rest area. The sign on the door said renovations were taking place. I get that. But the place was filthy. The hotel smells smoky - you notice it the second you walk into the lobby. The first room they offered us - Room 111 - was supposed to be non-smoking, but the bleach smell was obviously trying to cover up the scent of smoke, was overwhelming. The second room was better, but still smelly. The carpet in the elevator was filthy. I've stayed in other hotels that were being renovated and they at least vacuumed the carpets at the end of the work day. None of these were. There are lots of other choices along I-75 - choose one of them

Of course, it’s February and as it is cold weather there is no undesirables hanging around but everyone I saw were hard-working people and not a bit scary. The place is nice, our room was clean , and the staff was polite and helpful. They had soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The linens looked new, and the tv had a decent amount of channels. The fridge was clean and everything worked. They also have a little two-seater couch if you want off the bed. They do have one charging station for EV. Whether or not it is complimentary I couldn’t tell you. The breakfast had good choices. English muffins, little donuts, eggs, sausage, waffles, OJ, apple juice, hot chocolate packets, tea and coffee. Not a bad choice anymore as management obviously gave this place some good attention!

We literally just had the worst experience at this place. I had booked online and failed to check the recent ratings. (We only needed a one night stay.) When we pulled up, there were ALOT of people roaming around the area. One couple stared us down as we walked in. The lobby smelled like cigarettes. The person at the desk showed us our room. It reeked of a$$ and cigarettes. I reluctantly checked in. As we went out to the parking lot to get our bags, emergency services started arriving with lights and sirens. There were at least 4 police cars, fire truck and ambulance. We witnessed a drug deal via a second floor window with someone on the ground amidst this activity. We didn’t even go back in. I probably won’t get a refund but I know we will be safe and cozy at the Hampton Inn across the street.

If the booking was refundable, we would have left after the first night. The towel rack in the bathroom was falling out of the wall. There was evident water damage visible over the sink. The in room furniture and carpeting had stains. Two of the three ice machines were out of order with the only ice available on the third floor. The exercise and business centers were a joke. The exercise center consisted of a couple of machines in one of the hotel rooms. Just because you put a sign on a common area doesn't mean it's a business center. After the first night we stayed there. The breakfast did not have any biscuits or eggs available. On the second morning, someone spilled syrup on their way up the stairwell. The sticky drippings were never mopped up in that stairwell the entire time we were there. Front desk staff was slow to respond to the bell. We booked for 4 people, but only had towels for 2. We had to directly ask help keeping for another box of Kleenex and they were reluctant to give it to us. The business center and exercise room were a joke. The exercise center was two machines in a hotel room. Just putting up a sign doesn't make a common area a business center. Never saw a popcorn machine even though it's listed as an amenity. The guest laundry was inoperable. In my opinion, this hotel is a blight upon the brand.
