The hotel staff was great, but the hotel is dated and suffers from its location in what feels like a deserted area. It is located near many amenities but the parking area is very very dark.

All of the staffs are so nice and helpful. But the hotel is old and definitely needs a lot of TLC. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a really good stay at the Comfort Inn in Alliance, Ohio. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly and made check-in super easy. The breakfast had a nice variety, and everything felt well taken care of. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Extremely outdated facilities. Carpets in our room were very dirty, our walls under the tv-had stains of some type caked onto it. The room smelled stale and like it was previously a smoking room! We were on the first floor and the hallways were loud in the mornings. Our beds were very uncomfortable- but the linens were clean.
The staff was friendly upon checking in.

The elevator needs attention. It took 30 seconds to close after pushing the floor button. Pushing the "close door" button did nothing.
