The staff checking in and out were wonderful. The property is very outdated. Very unkept and dilapidated. The elevator took forever so ended up taking stairs a couple times. The actual bed was very comfortable, but the room was very old with stained carpets, popcorn ceilings, and the thinnest walls i have ever exciting a hotel. I could hear everything a girl was saying in the next door room at 7:30 in the morning as she was talking on her phone. Like i said the staff was nice but I would not recommended this hotel unless its the last room available in the area due to no updates to help the Comfort Inn hotel line.

The front desk staff were very helpful at check in and checkout. The facilities are mostly clean but very dated. The "free" breakfast left a lot of room for improvement.

Did not use the pool due to how filmy the water looked. Felt it was unclean.
The room smelled "old" and there was food under the cushions of the couch. Immediately cancelled the 2nd night that was scheduled and showed photos to the front desk. The clerk working the desk was very apologetic and embarrassed by it. She called over the manager and had me show the photo. His response was a shrug off and comment of "so they forgot to sweep it out". They did cancel my second night without a problem. Unfortunately, they had no other rooms and due to the football game that I came down for, the surrounding hotels were booked. I will NEVER stay here again.

I cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay so comfortable. They went above and beyond and if we are even back in Ohio, I would visit this specific Comfort Inn again. This location is about 20 minutes from the ProFootball Hall of Fame and everything in between. Thank you again!

Best thing about the room is the wifi. Was getting just below 100mb/s on my 2012 laptop’s wifi. The included morning breakfast is decent, as they actually serve egg, sausage, shredded hash browns, and biscuits with sausage gravy.
The room itself was below average for a few reasons. The general cleanliness was average and what you’d expect. Yet over the course of my 3 day stay I had 2 flies get into the room from outside.

I was very disappointed they didn’t have the specific room type I reserved. I reserved a One king and a pull out couch. They gave me two doubles but gave no reason for the mix up

Assistant manager is very abrasive, she needs to work on her customer service skills. Also our room was cleaned poorly. My kids found a vodka bottle and old pacifier. The parking lot needs to be redone. I wouldn’t ever stay again unless I absolutely had to.

Overall, the hotel was not clean. There were several teams in town and so rates were jacked up which is fine. But staff smoked cigs more than they cleaned.
