Room , first room had no hot water in the shower, second room you could not shut the hot water off in bathroom sink. Burnt out lights should have been replaced.

Room was very rough looking. Lots of holes in walls very poor maintenance. Beds are hard and pillows were tiny. Pool was freezing. Breakfast was great

Loved the pool and hot tub. But there are so many bugs out side the Building and on the outside windows they need a good outside exterminator to go around outside and spray

I really liked the variety for breakfast. Our room was fine for what we needed. Staff at check-in was so helpful and nice.

This is our second stay here. Pet room both times. It was much nicer this time. Carpet instead of laminate, cleaner, nicer bathroom and great shower.

Expected better
Stayed in an accessible/pet room. I don’t like that it was not carpeted, but I understand why. Shower was very low pressure. We could hear everything from the hallway and the next room. Overall, we just expected more from a Baymont.

非常吵闹,也不干净。员工不友好。
这家酒店地理位置对我来说很方便。我可能还会再住,但附近似乎也没有更好的选择了。不过,酒店确实需要翻新一下了。
前台很友善,这很好,因为我的房卡老是消磁。但我感觉他们总是假设大多数客人只住一晚,这点挺奇怪的。
酒店有个牌子说因为疫情不提供每日客房清洁服务。我问的时候他们看起来不太“确定”,第一天我说不需要打扫。不确定第二天他们是不是因此没来,但确实没人来打扫。
洗漱用品非常小且基础。
泳池看起来很脏,水非常浑浊。
一切都非常好,包括酒店和航班的服务和价格。
