Expected better
Stayed in an accessible/pet room. I don’t like that it was not carpeted, but I understand why. Shower was very low pressure. We could hear everything from the hallway and the next room. Overall, we just expected more from a Baymont.

I was looking for a room with one bed and a couch so I didn’t have to sit on the bed to watch tv. So I choose a suite. When I got to the room not only was it not a suite there was nothing to sit on other than a desk chair that would only stay at the lowest setting. The desk clerk said it’s a suite because it’s a little bigger approximately 4-5’. Very misleading with no solution. Clerk just stared silently. Very disappointed.

ALL staff members never greeted us. No one at the front desk would greet us when we walked in or by. Room service attendant wouldn't greet us, we would have to say good morning first, if we didn't, they would completely ignore us. Just a greeting shouldn't be so much to ask for. I must say that all staff members, which all had either, blue or orange hair color, multiple facial piercing and all over tattoos. Also, the rooms need to be updated, they are not sound proof at all. I could always hear my neighbors speaking and walking sounds on ceiling from upstairs neighbors. I recommend having security on premises.

Room was terrible. Luck of the draw but window view was a wall 2ft outside so no natural light. Room was overall dirty and very run down, wall paper peeling off, extremely small shower, overall unclean conditions except the check in area which was spotless somehow. Will not be staying again.

The hotel was nice, good beds, good morning breakfast. Only issue was the toilet seat kept falling off, that was a pain.

这家酒店地理位置对我来说很方便。我可能还会再住，但附近似乎也没有更好的选择了。不过，酒店确实需要翻新一下了。
前台很友善，这很好，因为我的房卡老是消磁。但我感觉他们总是假设大多数客人只住一晚，这点挺奇怪的。
酒店有个牌子说因为疫情不提供每日客房清洁服务。我问的时候他们看起来不太“确定”，第一天我说不需要打扫。不确定第二天他们是不是因此没来，但确实没人来打扫。
洗漱用品非常小且基础。
泳池看起来很脏，水非常浑浊。
还不错
一切都非常好，包括酒店和航班的服务和价格。
