I’ve stayed at many hotels in my life but never one quite this bad. Do. Not. Stay. Here. The pictures are very inaccurate. The pool is drained and disgusting and the room with pool table and bar is run down. The rooms smell bad and are disgusting. Mold, bugs, hair, stains. This hotel had it all. Breakfast was alright, the bacon was good but the waffles were sour.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Clarion Inn. As soon as I walked into the hotel, everything was super neat and very clean. Then, I got to my room and it was just as clean. The beds were clean and comfy, the bathroom was nice, and the floor wasn't too bad either. The employees were nice and super helpful. The location was very convenient. There was easy access to and from the highway, and there were many food options nearby as well. As someone who enjoys nature, it was nice to have a variety of parks within a short driving distance. Overall, I loved my stay and I would recommend it to anyone else staying in Pueblo.

The staff was so kind to us while we were here and took care of all of our needs in a timely manner and did it with a smile on their face. Compliments to the manager for running a tight ship and the great attitudes from everyone who made our stay a 10/10!

The Clarion Inn is a low-key, clean hotel/event center that has exceeded my expectations every time I’ve stayed here. The employees were kind and professional. I stayed for a week for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service & flexibility of the staff in accommodating requests, providing recommendations, and making me feel at home during my stay in southern Colorado. I stayed a second time as a base for a weekend hiking trip. The highlights of the Clarion are as follows: Location: convenient for access to I-25, local parks (essential for anyone who enjoys exercising on the go), and restaurants. Security is top-notch. The hotel keeps up-to-date door locks, multiple security guards on-site at all times, and effective infrastructure (i.e., fences) for privacy from the outside world. Rooms/Amenities: The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the amenities listed are accurate to everything listed (pool, gym, breakfast, etc.). All this at a no-frills price? When I return to Pueblo, I know where I’ll be staying because the location, the security, and, most importantly, the employees make it worth it.

I have to admit that I was a little skeptical when we decided to stay at this property for our family reunion after reading some of the older reviews. But I couldn't have been more pleased. It was obvious that there had been a major renovation to the property in the last year as all the beds and mattresses in our rooms were brand new. I found out later that the renovation is ongoing and that they had already spent several million dollars to upgrade everything. The staff and especially the manager went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was everything we had hoped for. I will stay at this property anytime I am in the area. I would especially recommend it for any group function.

I really wanted to give this hotel a good review since the price was so good, but this place was awful. The parking lot was dealer central. The rooms were disgusting. The mattress had a tear in the middle the sheets were dirty, the tub and entire bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. the floor was buckling. This place felt like a horror story movie "Vacancy". I did complain they got me another room, but this room had bugs everywhere and I had to check out. They did apologize and willing to change rooms again but I could not do it. The Pool/Rec room they show is all cardboard and locked up. They only reason why they get one star is because the person at the front desk was great and they refunded my money,

Roach Infested. Rooms look clean but the bugs come crawling out after the lights go out. Spotted one when we first got in the room. Put all our food in the fridge. In the morning they were in the bags. Worst kind to get rid of. We removed everything from our luggage outsude as soon as we got home. We will never stay there again.

I could better share with pictures. When I checked out I voiced my concerns with the front desk she said the room should have been taken out of service and offered a discount on my stay. I don’t mind if a place is “old” as long as it is clean and well maintained. I can’t say either applies here.

Elevators do not work. Hotel bar not open. Rooms have safety lock engaged on outside door ( presumably due to neighborhood ). Laminate floors in case you are accustomed to being barefoot in your room in the wintertime. Mattress very much sub-par; lumpy, worn. Neighborhood questionable. Smell across entire interior of property outside of lobby awful.
