Gross! Most of the ground floor rooms are filled with long-term transient residents. One came right up to me in my car, as soon as I pulled in asking me to "adjust her straps" - I was freaked out. My room was dirty, the door was filthy, the floor was crunchy, the bathroom has peeling paint, the TV remote was taped together and hardly worked, and you could hear EVERYTHING going on outside your room. There's no coffee or tea as promised. The Staff is Indian and just don't care. AVOID This place unless you're really desperate.

The hotel rooms have been renovated and are rather nice, but the area seems creepy. When I checked in, I had to do so from the outside of the building thru a small gap in the window - which was a bit disconcerting. The exterior of the property doesn't look good -stairs look like they are the originals from 100 years ago, and there were broken down vehicles (with tires slashed) in the parking area. I won't stay here again.

Our room's beds were clean and comfortable, but room itself was sketchy. No fire detector, floor looks like there was water damage and buckeled that someone tried to fix by using screws, the shower head is being held up by masking tape, curtains needed replacing. The place needs a good renovating. Coffee was great, though.

I didn't think that I would really like this since I couldn't see my car as I had to park out front but my room faced the back. But, this was not an issue. It was nice and quiet and clean and who can ask for anything else :-) staff was the bright star!

Long day with a more uncomfortable end

Got to room, without bed being redone from past stay. Debris in corner of the room, furniture in very poor condition. Could not be moved because there were no more rooms. Was not offered a refund and had to stay with no where else to go.
