I stayed at this same hotel only 2 weeks ago. Same hotel, different room. The room smelled horrible. The room had been smoked in. Obviously a lot and attempts to cover it up were weak at best. The air conditioning smelled musty and dirty. I returned to this hotel because of my great experience just a couple of weeks ago. Very disappointed

The staff person at check in took a little bit to come out of office (appeared to be watching tv). The hotel was fairly clean, towels and wash clothes were a bit dingy and the breakfast was awful and there was no one around to ask for assistance (one pdrson was getting milk out of kitchen for their cereal) kitchen door was wide open. I was glad we did't pay anymore than we did for the room. The simple things make a big diffefence like a smile and "how are you today".

Room smelled old. Didnt seem like it was refreshed before we arrived. There was a dead fly in the bed and A/C did not cool well. Breakfast was good. Housekeeper came in the room without announcement or knocking.

I bought a room with a kitchenette. I did not receive a kitchenette. I asked for a new room and they said they isn’t one. The toilet didn’t flush/fill up with water. I had to use ice bucket to fill toilet with water using the water sink. They had no urgency to fix it. The bathroom floor is unlevel and hard to walk on. Typical eastern country type hotel service. Unacceptable. I want money back from this stay.

I didn’t like a damn thing about this hotel. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. The employees were not very helpful. I Never received my receipt upon extending the room originally booked. They charged me for the same night twice when I called to extend the booking.
