The first room we were given had not been cleaned. The second was good enough but the sink leaked on the vanity, and the toilet would cycle on and off noisily and there was a light that didn't work. They did have popcorn in the lobby, and frozen breakfast sandwiches, which I liked.

The beds and pillows were what I would imagine laying in clouds felt like. If all Quality Inn properties have these beds and pillows will book at these properties.

The room was a good fit for our weekend in Black Mountain. There was some wear and tear in the room, and I wish there has been more options for breakfast, but the king bed was very comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. This is an older hotel with many attempts to improve and upgrade the hotel one can tell. One can appreciate that effort.
Across from Ingles so we can get meals and hot breakfast. Stayed in BM for family event so this hotel was in great locale.

Even the OJ at breakfast didn’t taste like OJ
They don’t clean their grounds especially outside their office
Our bathroom looks like the walls are under construction and the lights stained with rust spots and the frig was a mini jackhammer all night!
When I checked out and mentioned the matters the clerk didn’t seem to care.

Ice cold shower at night and the next morning! And you can hear every slamming door next to you and above...good luck trying to sleep in! Needless to say, I will not be returning back!
