Room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable, location is good, short drive to shopping & restaurants. Staff was pleasant.

Staff were friendly but professional. The room was clean and had lots of kitchen items I could use. Comfy bed. I will stay there again when I travel there.

Room wasn't really clean. Not expecting much but floor had debris on it and crumbs of some kind on the nightstands near the bed.

Quiet, clean & comfortable! Suburban Studios is our go-to hotel when we frequent the area. The location is super convenient to the area for shopping & dining. It’s located directly off the highway. Handicap parking has always been easily accessible for family members to use as well. The general manager was very friendly & helpful to our special requests, which was very important to us. She made sure checking in & out was an easy task. Much appreciation!

The staff on our stay was extremely friendly and had amazing customer service. Apologized right away about the elevator being out of service, which was great to let us know. The staff that morning also let us check in early as we were in town visiting our son to watch his baseball game. This really helped us out. Thank you again.

My room did not get cleaned unless I specifically asked. My neighbor blasted his TV all night, every night. The elevator broke down the last two days of my visit, and I had to move all of my belongings from the third floor to my car without a cart. Also, I believe the thermostat is motion-sensored, so I would roast in the middle of the night. Staff was friendly.

I will say the staff was very nice. The room itself was pretty outdated, the floor had a bunch of stains on it and it smelled bad. We had requested more towels and never got them. Elevator smelled like hot tuna. The fridge was great and the amenities were good, AC was COLD (in a good way!) Overall not a bad experience, just could use some updating/maintenance.

It is pet friendly, they have a great area for dogs. I wish more people cleaned up after their dogs but it was still a great place to let our dog run. It was very quiet at night and everyone we ran into was kind.
