We needed a restful and comfortable place to spend the night after a long drive. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit tight with two queen beds. The bathroom towels were generous and very good quality. The shower was hot with great water pressure. So wonderfully relaxing! The breakfast buffet had a very basic selection, but it was all delicious. I would stay here again!

They really should ban smoking because it really flows down the hallways and its very unpleasant.

酒店回复: We are a non-smoking hotel. Unfortunately, not everyone follows the rules. If we suspect someone is smoking in their room, we always follow through and try to contact them. We know how unpleasant it can be and we try our best to prevent it. I am very sorry you had that experience.

Our only complaint was that there appeared to be mold along the base of the tub and floor.

Maybe because we had pets, room we were in smelled bad. Not enough towels in room. When asked for more they made us bring the dirty towels up to them before we got more towels.

Also, if we give everyone extra towels without having any to wash and replace then we would have nothing on our shelves for the next person. Why on earth dont the black out curtains close all the way??? There was a street light just outside my window. Luckily i had a hair clip that was able to do a fair job of holding them together but that is just ridiculous!
