Why on earth dont the black out curtains close all the way??? There was a street light just outside my window. Luckily i had a hair clip that was able to do a fair job of holding them together but that is just ridiculous!

酒店回复: I am sorry to hear you did not have a good stay. Our housekeeping is every 3 days. It looks like you stayed 2 nights so that would have been request only. If at anytime you let us know you needed service or something we would have gladly done so.

Room wasn’t ready
We arrived to check in at 330 and they gave us keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned and turned over yet. We went back downstairs and were told they didn’t have another room with a king size bed available. Our options were wait 30 minutes (until 4, an hour past check in time) for our reserved room or accept a room with two queens. I appreciate that solutions were offered but I feel like reserved rooms should be ready at check in time, not an hour later. We didn’t have the time to wait so we had to accept the two queen beds. We also consistently had issues with our keys working to unlock the room, even right after we got them.
