Solid, clean, comfortable hotel for a stop over sleep during a long road trip.

The only concern was the deadbolt was what looked like broken off and missing which made for a wary traveler, but I was too tired to change rooms so I just put a chair in front of the door.

Otherwise great room, convenient location.

The staff was extremly helpful and informative despite it being a very buesy weekend for them. Upon arrivial they even provided us with themed cookies and other goodies for the 'Mothman Festival." On the flipside though they used this influx of guests as an excuse of why our room was never cleaned durring our stay. We were met with attitude when we asked for replacement clean towels and even found staining on one of our comforters which when addressed was also met with attitude. Was a conviant and comfortable place to stay, just wish it was a little cleaner and better staffed.

The hotel was full the weekend we were there, but it was very quiet. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The one GIANT problem was the lack of staffing. There was only one person at check in, and we had to wait until almost 4:00 to check in because the room wasn’t ready. We never saw anyone manning the breakfast area. At check out, we had to call a phone number to have someone come to the desk to help us get a receipt, They need to hire some people, seriously. I would absolutely stay here again, but I hope they work out this staffing issue.

Maintenace is a must

This establishment needs minor maintenance. The lights in the front of the hotel were flickering. This made it seem unsafe and creepy. The AC unit in our room did not work well, was extremely loud and then found to have poured water into the room while we slept, which ran all the way to the bed. We did appreciate the specialty cookies for the Mothman Festival guests

I made the reservation in March. I went ti check in at 4pm. I was told (as were others) to come back in 15-20 minutes because my room was not read, meaning not clean. I came back in 30 minutes and was told.once again it was not ready. We did not get checked in until a little after 5p. You had to shove hard to open the room door. The bathroom door would not close and neitjer would the shower door. The shampoos were used. The air conditioner sounded like a street sweeper in the room.

We stayed for two nights...we were told our shower head didn't work. We had to clean ourselves with the bathroom spout. Our floor was absolutely disgusting I was very unhappy with my stay

Meh. Almost worth the cheap cheap rate.

The front desk person was very curt, and quite deliberate in his check-in procedure. I did not enjoy our encounter. I asked if there was an elevator and was told, 'no, they're outside entrances'. I'll figure it out, no problem. Then he told me 'oh by the way, DirecTV has dropped all of the broadcast channels so we don't have ABC, CBS, NBC, (and apparently ESPN or Fox Sports, CNN, FoxNews, etc).

After standing outside in a dustbowl all day, all I wanted was a shower. Thankfully, that wasn't terrible (although the tub floor was very slippery and I was CERTAIN I was going to fall). Room was cool. Bed was clean. Floor was like a vinyl plank type, which was fine. At least it's easier to clean, hopefully.

Stayed 2 nights, room was great, bed was comfortable. There was a spider in the shower when I arrived, not to worry..I killed it:) Free breakfast was awesome! My only complaint, they need fix the ice machine on the 2nd floor, guess that isn't a complaint, just an inconvenience:)
