This hotel is outdated. Not only did doors have major gaps in them, the rooms were overrun with ladybugs. It took 3 rooms before finding one that wasn’t infested.

Property in need of regular maintenance, breakfast was sub par, 4 out 10, however the bed was comfortable. Will try a different property next time I'm in town

The place was unkept, broken mirror glass in the hallway, np working ice machines, back door left open with a rock, felt unsafe, wreaked of cigarette smoke one morning, water leaked running down the wall of the shower creating mold, ask for towels twice and then had to go after them ourselves, looked like blood by the back door by the bucket. There was a heated confrontation between a customer and the front desk worker. Room 137

The WiFi was not discoverable in the far wing, second floor. I logged on using my phone in the lobby but lost signal before I got back to my room. My laptop was useless without wifi. The spoon in the sausage gravy had 1/4" coating of old dried gravy on it. I tried to put a spoonful of gravy on my hard, crunchy biscuits on 2 blobs of gravy fell off. It took several tries to get the equivalent of 1 spoonful. I asked for non-smoking but was given a smoking room. There were a dozen dead stinkbugs on the window sill. They combined with the cigarette smoke to add that special aroma to the room. on check-in I was initially ignored by the employee, but a 12 year old behind the counter did say "Hi" so someone had basic decency. It wasn't this bad the last couple times I stayed here. I will never stay here again.

Although the staff was great, the property is in disrepair. Due to this the windows allow stink bugs to crawl in and there is an infestation of them. I had to have staff come with a vacuum to our rooms multiple times to get rid of the bugs.
This is in a small town, so unfortunately hotel options are limited.

My stay might have been a fluke but we were given a room with a broken bed. Switched rooms and had to stay in a room filled with the smell of cigarettes. No towels were giving to us in the room, and we did not have a shower curtain. The room was not in the greatest shape, but for the money I can’t complain too much.

The staff was great I had room 102 it took an hour for them to get us into the room because the door lock issues.. I checked out the next day on a two day stay because of the door and still didn’t get a refund… the toilet in the room also wouldn’t flush.. it was just a very bad experience for me I travel for hospice and this is the worst room I have came across

The wifi access was lacking. They have wifi but unless your room is right next to the lobby, forget it.
The business next to them, parks semi truck trailers in the road going to the hotel. Hazard potential for sure but that's not the hotel's fault.

The room is clean and the guys here are really nice. I was lost a AirPods here, they help me find it out. So really grateful for them. A nice place
