DO NOT stay at this run down dump. Rated as 8.2 but 0.2 would bee generous. Obvious that management is faking the reviews. When we checked in a homeless person was being evicted. there was filth on the walls and floors dirty carpets and upholstery.

DISGUSTING!
The room was disgusting! The bed had holes the the covers. There was stains all over the walls. The “clean” towels were clearly not clean, as they had black stains on them. The bathroom appeared to have never been mopped before. I would NEVER stay here again.

Staff were great, room was more than adequate. Only problem, if you want to call it a problem, was the parking lot needed some cleaning up.

Room was absolutely disgusting! We had to run to Walmart to buy towels. There was a man who would be hanging around in the rooms always staring at people. I was not expecting it to be this bad, but it was.

Price was half of other chains, due to football game. 240 compared to 520 and up, some were 699....it was clean, new beds and pillows.Linens were fresh and clean. Bathrooms remodeled...smelled good...parking a little tight, but ball game. Kids next door had fun, loud until 1pm, but that's NCAA. Coffee. Juice. Cerels. Fruits in lobby. AC was cold. Good TV and channels....new small frig. Large room with office desk. Couch w/ Coffee table...

Mildew infested, hard pillows, dirty room. Honestly an accident that we stayed here, now that we know, would never recommend nor stay here again!!

We stayed for one night to explore Oxford. Staff was polite. Security cameras and lights in parking lot were nice feature. Room was clean but unfortunately smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. Because of the smell, we would not stay here again.
