Clean room ..staff very helpful and friendly .. overall very nice experience . But would recommended more handicap parking spots closer to main entrance

We arrived late at night and greeted by the front desk clerk who was friendly and hospitable, the room was clean, and check in was speedy. Breakfast was good and the morning staff were just as nice upon check out.

Staff very nice. Bed had "mascara" stains on the sheets. Bugs in window sill. TV Remote inop. Breakfast OK.

Breakfast was ok. But least hotbut room was very small. Felt like saldines inside. No space really to walk. No privacy at bathroom sink. Freezing in room and in pool area.

Mary was a saint. Helped us settle in after a surgery. Brian was beyond kind and Professional. CC was adorable , sweet, and helpful. Sara was a beautiful woman whose artistic abilities are displayed on the board when you walk into the lobby. We loved our time there. 11 days! Leave tips for Janieth, Madison, and especially Amari because hair that beautiful isn’t cheap. Say Hello to Pam , she has gathered a great crew.

Front desk Mary, Brian, Sara, CC were all wonderful, Pam management was great. Food supplied by Jo, Toni, and Mark was always spot on with great service.
Our room was cleaned by amazing women Amari, Madison, and the Angel of house keeping Janieth. I spent time remembering each of their names because they were so good to us. This isn’t a hotel, it is a home they invite you to. Because of these people, you will not find a better hotel, not at 10 times the price.

The room was very clean and the bed was very clean and comfortable, as were the pillows and linens. Our room looked to be recently rennovated with nice lighting choices, wall art, a mini fridge, microwave, tv and safe. The sink was separate from the bath. Breakfast was good standard fare hotel items including waffles, eggs, sausage patties and even corned beef hash. Cereal, yogurt, oatmeal and orange juice was available too. Staff were friendly and helpful with food recommendations in the area. Highly recommended!

Warm swimming pool. Reasonably priced hot tub. Best features was the magnificent staff. We were supposed to stay for 5 days and because of the incredible service we stayed for almost 14 days.
Must mention the mgr Pam, front desk Mary, Brian, Sara, there are two others that left a great impression too. My room needs were catered to by Janieth ( amazing woman) Amara, Madison, must shout out to Diego. Breakfast, Toni, Mark, Jo kept my girlfriend fed even though she wasn’t a morning person. If you want to stay at a place where the people are nicer than your real family, this is it. I almost quit going to choice hotels because of a bad experience, but this one has me rethinking that. These people make this hotel better than any four walls could. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.
这次入住体验非常棒。所有东西看起来和闻起来都像全新的一样。工作人员的服务态度极佳。泳池很大，可惜我们没时间去游泳。下次一定还会选择这里。Chipotle和Waffle House就在一两分钟路程，街对面就是大学医院。
前台和早餐服务人员都非常友好、乐于助人。房间干净整洁。
