Perfect for a quick stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the price you can’t beat it. The area is a bit “ran down” but safe. Lots of high end shopping nearby on Hillcrest and surround area. Overall great stay and affordable.

Vanity light shade was missing; water was turned off to the toilet tank; bathroom door didn’t close; coffee pot was broken; pillow case was soiled; holes in wall were stuffed with toilet paper; shower was broken; shower rod missing; mold in the bathroom.

Very disappointed would not recommend. All convenience machines. Ie washer dryer ice machine and soda all out of order. Hokes in room were stuffed with toilet tissue. Iron and ironing board were missing. Odor was also bad.

For two people and a two day stay we only had two towels and two face cloths no shampoo in the shower dispenser no batteries in TV remote control only enough toilet paper for one use the mattress was completely worn out I thought I was going to hit the floor when I sat on it ice maker was broken when I went for my hot breakfast the coffee maker and juice machine was broken wasn’t impressed at all with the hot breakfast would have done better by walking to McDonald’s would not recommend this place

I will never stay there again. Check in was great the 1st time. We were sent to a dirty room. Housekeeping hadn't been in there. After what seem forever they put us in another room. Beds were made but the room was still extremely filthy! Nothing was wiped down. ***** hair & other trash in the bathroom. Soda or a brown liquid sprayed all over the bathroom door and wall. Absolutely sad. The property itself was really nice. The staff was pleasant. Why would it be so completely nasty. Oh & the bug that was in our still damp bedding. Without a doubt unacceptable!!! Do better people!!!
