Your comments regarding cleanliness, room layout, and noise disturbances are very concerning and will be reviewed in detail with our staff. We also regret that our team wasn’t able to resolve the noise issue promptly despite your requests—guest rest and comfort are priorities for us, and we clearly missed the mark. Having said that, there is nothing that hotel is trying to cover by putting in scent and this is for the first time we are hearing about the overwhelming smell. If person is applying perfume does simply not mean that he/she has not taken shower. Additionally, the maintenance issues you experienced, including the towel hook, fridge, and luggage carts, should not have occurred and will be investigated and resolved.Also, with respect to layout, this hotel was old and having structural limitations, it does not give us great room of improvement and we have to stick to those structural limitations and this is brand approved property. We truly appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve. While we understand you may not return, we hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future to provide the experience you expected and deserve.Sincerely,
