The breakfast could be improved with more variety, maybe more fruit than just whole apples and bananas. Our room was nice, shower leaked a little, otherwise no other issues.

We were told at check , maid service was every other day, unless you requested everyday, upon arrival next day we asked the housekeeping to make the bed and clean towels everyday , we stayed 4 nights 4 rooms
Housekeeping did not service the last night and our daughter the last 2 nights , not happy , 😠
Breakfast was very good, and fresh.
No Hilton homers because we booked thru hotels . Com ,
Next trip to Nashville we will first look for better prices, but we would stay at sparks again if no better prices for quality stay,

Spark was close to our venue, parking was free, it was a walkable distance to restaurants. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast area was very organized and clean. It was a reasonable priced. We would stay here again.

Oversold? I don’t think so Hilton
Great property and priced nicely. Super convenient to the Gaylord Opryland. The snag that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the brand itself. Booked multiple rooms and initially had no issues until a colleague tried to check in and Hilton(not the actual property ) had overbooked rooms. Thank God for a friendly staff that made sure we got all of our rooms(prepaid way ahead of time). Hilton, you made Marriott Bonvoy an easy choice. Saying that, I would recommend this property. Just make sure Hilton didn’t sell your room to you and 10 others…smh

The Hotel was very clean, close to everything, the beds were so comfortable, staff was very quick to respond and very respectful, it was an overall pleasant experience.

这处房源完美无瑕，完全符合我们的预期。房间干净整洁，闻起来、摸起来、看起来都棒极了。虽然有些地方需要改进，但为了干净安全，这点瑕疵完全可以接受。工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。早餐是唯一可以改进的地方，因为我们希望早餐种类能更丰富一些，但他们提供的早餐已经非常美味了。这里环境清幽，但又位于市中心，交通便利。我一定会推荐给朋友，也希望有机会再次入住！
