我报了警，也有了警方报告。问题是，我去办公室的时候，他态度很差地问我要身份证和信用卡，我给了他之后，他给了我钥匙。我问他房间在哪里，在哪个楼层，他让我去大厅左转。我很好声好气地问了他两次，能不能告诉我具体是哪个楼层，他还是说去大厅左转。于是我告诉他我们不知道房间号，他却说把钥匙给他，然后滚出他的地盘。我说不，他说滚出去不然他就报警，然后他就报警了。警察来了之后让我离开，说他不想我待在他的住处。警察给了我报告，并说会退款。但他到现在还没有取消预订，预订仍然有效，我也没有收到退款和押金！

这家酒店非常适合去韦恩堡参加大学新生入学指导，虽然只是短暂的旅行，但总体来说还算不错。由于缺乏景观维护，酒店看起来有些荒废。入住时感觉不错。早餐区也不错。走廊里有两段楼梯伸到二楼走廊。对我来说这没什么问题，但就是有点奇怪。我们的房间表面上看起来很干净，但镜子很脏，微波炉外面也很脏，浴室的瓷砖也脱落了，到处都是灰尘。这不是我最喜欢的住处，以后可能也不会再住了。但如果你想找个便宜的地方过夜……我想这里可能适合你……前提是你不介意表面的干净。

I’ll preface this by saying there was a snow storm, I needed to get off the road with my two kids, and was looking economically and with a pool. The photos online weren’t a good representation of the hotel. The heat was low or off except for the lobby. The pool was freezing, it smelled of a strong odor (not chlorine), and the lights were off despite the manager saying it was open. The room was 55 degrees and took four hours to get to a comfortable 72 degrees. The carpets weren’t vacuumed and stained. The toilet wasn’t clean and the mirror in the bathroom was smeared and cloudy. We went out to grab some microwave meals, about a minute into cooking, there was a burnt smell. When I opened the door, the evaporated water from my meal had steamed what looked like burnt food off the interior of the microwave leaving a brown puddle of water. I get cutting cost because your a small business, but there was zero hospitality and it was filthy. I’m happy with the bare minimum, especially when I’m paying $83, but this was far below the minimum.

There were waffles, 2 sweet buns and 1 slice of bread, 2 types of cereal, milk, 1 type of coffee, no cream, 2 types of juice and tea bags that were exposed instead of individually packet.

I thought there could be at least cream for coffee, more types of bread, and some fruits.

I Dont Really Have Anything Negative To Say At All. Ive Been Here Waiting For A Place Of Our Own to Open Up, And Been Here For 3 Weeks Now, And I Must Say That This Is One Of My Favorite Places To Be At So Far. ITS quiet, Friendly, Clean, And Affordable

Staff was very courteous and accomodable. Nice clean and serene environment for anyone and tbeir damikies to be in. I can tell they take great pride in their buisness. Ive been here for 2 weeks with my significant other waiting for out place to open up, and ot was almost like a mini vacation just for the 2 of us. Theres not really a negative thing to say about this place in my opinion, other than the complimentary breakfast could have more than a waffle variety, but overall, it was a good stay

I love how quiet and serene the property is. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Very understanding. I love how the property had its own clean wash station to do laundry as well. And this is by far one of the cleaniest properties in this area that ive been to in quite some time. Thanks Fairbridge!
