Fantastic stay as always. Room lovely and comfortable. Isabel is really attentive and pleasant in the restaurant as are all the staff in reception, leisure club and cleaners. Love visiting here with my mum. Its a special unique location. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. The room was large ,comfortable and had a view of the river. Excellent service for dinner. Food very good.

Was at a Golden Wedding celebration the room we were give was very spacious with a huge comfortable bed and views of the river Clyde. There was a shower in the bath which was fine and plenty of towels and toiletries to
Use. The the service and food at the celebration was excellent as was the breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but it did look popular. All in all we had a lovely stay in

我们入住时已经筋疲力尽，很高兴发现一张舒适的床，还能欣赏到绝美的河景。我们休息了一会儿，然后去了水疗中心。泳池、桑拿房和蒸汽房的温度都恰到好处，非常放松。我们享用了一顿美味的晚餐，菜肴可口，上菜也很快。我是素食主义者，也不能吃麸质，但这里的选择对我来说棒极了。之后我们在外面散步了一会儿，欣赏了夕阳。风景非常美。我们睡得很好，第二天早上再次享受了水疗设施，然后吃了一顿丰盛的早餐，并在上午11点退房，感觉焕然一新。我们的体验再好不过了。谢谢新拉纳克磨坊酒店。
美丽的地方。房间很漂亮，床很舒服。早餐不错。晚餐还可以，但餐厅真的很吵。我觉得贻贝很糟糕。四分之三的贻贝煮熟后都没裂开。我吃了一个裂开的贻贝，两个小时后还是不舒服。当时正在举行婚礼。我们的房间在顶楼电梯旁边。音乐很响，但午夜过后一切都安静了下来。也许直到一些客人回房间。除此之外一切都还好。也许婚礼宾客最好住在电梯旁边的房间，这样就不会打扰到其他人。
入住体验很糟糕。首先，钥匙扣坏了，只能去前台叫工作人员开门才能进房间，我们住了整整两天，都是这样。第一天早上等了1个小时才吃早餐，第二天早上等了45分钟左右，我们一行人错过了一次早餐，我的水煮蛋都凉了。周五晚餐他们也漏掉了我们一行人的食物。直到酒吧开门才有卡布奇诺，拿到的时候已经凉了，不得不退回去再拿一杯。酒吧10:30关门，对于酒店来说太早了。我们一行人来参加我侄女的婚礼，人数很多。我们对在这家酒店的住宿体验非常失望。
入住精美宽敞的套房，享受一晚美妙住宿，物超所值。员工友好，食物美味。
