Will never return. Very rude to me and my friend. We had reservations and the staff was so rude we left and went to another hotel

Everything was excellent, staff friendly n welcoming. Clean room, comfortable bed. Pool did not look clean/had something oily floating on top. We did not swim. But stay was great n room nice. Would recommend n will stay again.

The Property was super nice and well maintained! Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable!
The entire staff was extremely friendly and Stormy went above and beyond to be helpful and make sure the breakfast area was clean and we had Everything we needed and wanted!

Only some eggs and 1 biscuit available, no bacon or sausage at 8:15 am. Supposedly had breakfast until 9 am. Had kids running in rooms around us until about 11pm.

Live bugs in room- dead bug on wall - pillow dirty- couch had dental pic sticking out from between cushions- carpet not vacuumed- (clumps of dust & food particles visible)- bath room sink had visibly not been wiped down

Wrong room and roaches
Booked a king suite and when I showed up they had us in a double regular and said they were booked up. I asked to speak with a manager and some cleaning lady came around and called the manager. She then stated to the other employees that there was 8 king suites that needed to be cleaned and they can clean one for us. After waiting another hour we finally got into our room we actually booked to find roaches crawling around everywhere. The place looks good to the eye but needs some help. Will stay somewhere else next time.
Do not stay here if you have a big vehicle and there is hardly any parking.

我们到达时，前台员工正坐在大堂的沙发上看电视。多位客人反映房间里有臭虫，但我们的房间没有。折叠床没有床单。房间和公共区域很脏。多位客人整晚在走廊里徘徊，让人感觉很不舒服。以后不会再和家人一起住在这里了。

床坏了。我到的时候床的中间塌了。房间没有完全打扫干净。毛巾没有放好（丢失了），浴室天花板漏水，是从楼上的房间漏出来的。电梯里的垃圾到处都是。电梯很脏，地板上散落着杂物和空纸杯。总的来说，这个地方很破败。床上用品和房间内部需要大幅改进。
我通常在 Comfort 酒店住一晚，所有设施都是五星级的，但不幸的是，我住的两晚都没有达到五星级标准。客房服务没有来到我的房间，而且床垫急需更换。
