the room was clean. One comment: the blackout shades do not meet, so the brilliant parking area floodlight floods into the room annoyingly. Please fix.

Room was missing shower head the towel rack was broken and laying on the floor. The elevator was broken and they placed us n the third floor the furthest from the lobby and did not offer anything on first floor. All we got was a sorry for your inconvenience. We had stayed at the same motel a few weeks back and had broken equipment in our room on that stay as well. We thought it may have been a one time issue and gave them a second chance with no avail. We will not be staying with this chain of motels again. Very disappointing experience

The carpet is old and worn. It had an odd smell in the hallway, they had an air freshener trying to hide it.

Our room was kinda trashed. No mirror except the bathroom because the other one had been visibly torn off the wall. The deadbolt didn’t work. Carpet was torn and coming up when you come in the room. Like it could easily be pulled up. Toilet ran all night long and wouldn’t stop even if you lifted the lid and tried to get it to seal.

Hi I did stay 4 nights last October, over all the hotel was great. The only big problem, my crefit card got hack. I’ve haven’t used the crefit card for months until the day I went to the hotel. There was more than 10 transaction since last 2 weeks trying to charge my crefit card from big amount to couple cents. Good things the credit card keep sending me notifications and the card was locked.
Be carefull with this location!!

The hotel was okay but the rooms are noisy and you can hear people in the adjoining rooms. I was on the second floor and the noise from the people above me walking around kept me up so it wasn’t a very restful stay. The hotel was clean, didn’t have breakfast but there were lots of people down there each morning.

Bathroom wall paper coming off wall, carpet stained, lamp shade torn, carpet torn. We have stayed there least 30 times and this is worst experience we have had.

Water pressure sucks, everything else was great. Breakfast was smaller no big deal. Parking lot was easy to get around in. Staff was great! Check-in was a breeze! Water pressure no matter what setting the shower head was on ******.
