Front desk took a little bit to take care of us, but otherwise, room was perfect and the amenities were good.

The hotel is right off the highway so you can hear the traffic all night long. The breakfast is almost all packaged food, all high fat, high sugar foods. The room was very small and the mattress under the sheets was stained and dirty. While it served the purpose for a quick overnight, I won't stay there again.

Found a used towel in the bathroom door. Sheets feels and looks dirty. Looking out from the window, you can’t see anything, it’s covered with cobwebs! Paid around 280 for the night. Unfortunately this was the only one available that we could find online.

We were charged 30 more dollars for a third person (double queen) room. The door knob in the bathroom was broken. We had our disabled dad with us, and upon leaving this morning the elevator was broken. We were on the 5th floor. We waited for about an hour and it still wasn't working, we had to go, so had to help disabled person down the stairs which were steep. No concessions were made by staff for inconvenience. Very disappointing.

Parking was terrible. We had ants in our room. The TV didn’t have any cable like it was supposed to there was multiple things in our room that were broken.

I didn't notice it until the next morning when I opened the curtains, I could see that the mattresses were stained with some dark brown something or other. It was disgusting if I had seen it at night when I checked in, I would've left.

Hotel was very old and outdated. Needs a major deep cleaning. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Room was freezing heat did not kick in for almost 12 hours set at 90. No hot water
