The room was very clean and well stocked. It was very quiet. I travel to West Palm Beach once a month and I will be staying at your hotel exclusively.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Property was clean and well maintained in the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were very friendly, the free breakfast was lovely but I did find 2 earwigs in my bathroom over the course of a week and 2 ants on my bed on 2 consecutive days. This wouldn't put me off staying here as the place was clean. I mentioned it at the front desk and they offered to have my room sprayed. The room was spacious and the shampoo, conditioner and soap were great.

Poor service
Got really sick the night before my trip. Hotel wouldn’t give me a refund. I travel to West Palm 4-6 days each month. I’ve stayed at this Hawthorne several times. Never again.
