The front desk staff at check-in and check out and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The heater for the hot tub was broken which was our only disappointment.

It was clearly a busy weekend with volleyball teams from all over coming to stay. That being said, only one on staff for check in and getting things for guests. I waited for over 15 minutes to check in (with a line forming behind me). That was frustrating.
However, the room was clean. Breakfast was fine. I don’t know how the pool was, didn’t use it.

I asked for handicap and it wasn’t. No grab bars for tub/ shower. No internet was told it was being worked on.

There’s no lock on the window, didn’t felt safe sleeping there specially with the kids with me. The toilet emits pee smell after a few flushes, disgusting smell coming from somewhere. You cannot find the lady in the front desk, Terrible breakfast, nothing to eat didn’t replenish the eggs or dry patties, when ask where is the breakfast the guy said he is cooking it.

Booked a suite…was definitely not a suite. It was a double queen room with a refrigerator. Don’t waste the money to upgrade to a suite.

While they may not have a fully separate living area, they are designed to offer more room and flexibility than a standard guest room.

预订了一间多床套房,我们下班后很晚才到城里,然后又要出差,去帮前台的女士帮忙,前台女士人品很差,一点人情味都没有,我指的是她一点人情味都没有,一点也不热情,一点也不问候,什么都没做,就直接递给我钥匙,没说什么,或者说这是你的钥匙,你在房间里,诸如此类,她肯定很讨厌上夜班。到了房间,那只是一张普通的双床大床,而不是那种带两张大床和双拉出式双人床的套房。我妻子去找前台,前台非常友好……她没有,然后告诉我妻子,或者你打电话要求宠物房,我不知道是谁打电话要求宠物房,说是我。但我们做了,床不舒服,第二天早上我儿子洗澡时,淋浴喷头的一部分开始脱落,坏了。如果你想找一个价格过高的垃圾场,这里很适合你。
