This location is undergoing a major renovation and, for whatever reason, we were initially put into a room that had not been touched yet. It was disgusting, both in odor and appearance... something I imagine when people talk about a motel charging by the hour. We spoke with the evening desk clerk on Thanksgiving Day and she relocated us to a renovated room. She prevented us from complaining further up the chain (I definitely would have) and saved our trip. She couldn't have been nicer and is exactly the employee this location should have representing it. There was a problem and she solved it. Done. Thank you! The lower star rating is for the hotel ever putting us in that initial room when updated rooms were available.

Clean, breakfast was amazing…. Everyone was so nice…. They made me feel like home….. my house caught on fire and i decided to stay here for a few days….

Excessive noise from construction above room 201, where I was staying. This happened between 9 o’clock and 10 o’clock in the morning when I was trying to have a zoom
meeting.
Moreover, the Wi-fi connection was off and on. I had to reconnect to Wi-Fi several times.

Nice hotel had a few problems finding us a room, but they made sure we were happy! Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is doing a lot of remodeling and we had a newly finished room. It was definitely a great experience and we would stay there again!

We were coming off the road and needed a place to rest. The hotel is undergoing or has gone through renovations. Rooms need an upgrade!

The outside of the hotel and the entrance area are definitely redone and look great. When we saw the entrance and lobby area, we felt like the rooms would have the same experience. The room itself was mediocre, definitely dated. The bathroom was disgusting. Very outdated and a little moldy in the shower. You could see an old outlet on the wall where a home phone used to be. The family did a quick shower to get in and get out as quickly as possible due to the conditions of the tub. The faucet on the sink did not stop running unless you slightly lifted it up and to the left. My son was opening the drawers in the room out of curiosity and found a box of condoms from the previous guests (or who knows how long they were in the drawer). The rooms definitely need renovation and remodeling. I hope they make the rooms as inviting as the entrance.
