Room clean, big bathroom was nice and room size good.
Liked the different seating areas with fire pits, private pool and jacuzzi nice.
I did not like that you were charged for daily parking. Parking should come with the costs for the room as the hotel is on higher end.

It was a beautiful hotel. A large area & lots of walking. The staff was professional & pleasant. We would really recommend it. Thanks for a great Thanksgiving weekend.

The grounds are beautiful.

Nothing in the area. Need to rent a car if you decide to stay here.
Pluming in the room was not great and the shower flow was very weak. When we complained they gave us one night wave of resort fees and said that they will fix or move us.

我已经预订了房间，显然要去那里，入住时间是下午 4 点，我中午 12 点到达，问他们是否可以提前入住，所以他们给我的房间不值 500 美元，所以我去要求另一个 12 点 30 分的房间，他们说他们可以给我 75 美元的更好的房间，我说好的，当我准备好时他们会给我发短信，我在市区和商场里待了 4 个半小时，没有人给我发短信，我来到前台，他们说他们没有适合我的房间，也没有人说什么，想象一下 4 点 30 分出现，仍然没有人给我发短信，他们找不到房间，所以我浪费了 6 个小时，以为有人会给我发短信，经过半天的奔波和服务台，他们终于给了我房间，你不能通过电话与他们交谈，他们拼错了任何一个词，你告诉他们
嗯，还可以更好。
跟我们预期的不太一样。工作人员尽力帮我们解决了入住体验不佳的问题（地板上到处都是碎玻璃，房间脏兮兮的），并帮我们换了一间好得多的房间，感觉好多了。但整体环境、我们体验到的食物、饮料等等，都没有达到我们的预期，还有很大的改进空间。酒店景观优美，泳池很漂亮，周围的高尔夫球车接送服务也很棒。
露台椅子上满是枯叶和枯萎的花尖。浴缸里满是污垢。我们甚至没住一晚，入住两小时后就离开了。
我们的房间离主要餐饮场所有点远，泳池关闭得太早。热水浴缸的水温也不够。
