Nice grounds and exellant staff. Room was underwhelming with a tiny fridge and no freezer. No sofa and only one chair. The pets are welcome with a fee to be expected. Snuck in a parking fee on top of the room rate. We expected more from our stay.

Before arriving, we called to check if the pool and jacuzzi were open, and they assured us we could come back, of course they were In fact, it turned out everything was closed, ruining our vacation, and they just said, "Oh, sorry."

我们已通过信用卡确认预订。入住当天却接到电话，说酒店超额预订，没有房间给我们了。我们正在旅行，这种情况完全无法接受，让我们的旅程变得非常糟糕。我们以后绝不会再预订这家酒店了。

地理位置很棒——就在市场旁边，步行即可到达，附近还有公园和儿童游乐场。
最让我失望的是员工！办理入住非常尴尬，给我办理入住的那位女士明明知道我已经预付了早餐费，却还想再收我钱，而且她不仅没有承认错误，甚至还装作酒店不提供自助早餐的样子！退房时，我拿到收据后问她能不能在离开前帮我加点冰块，她却以安全为由拒绝了。后来我问了另一位刚从厨房出来的女士，她非常乐意帮忙。整个酒店氛围非常奇怪，让人感觉很不友好。我还是更喜欢万豪酒店。
对水疗中心和泳池很失望。我们晚上9点想去使用，结果发现里面全是孩子。而且，早餐还要收费，感觉跟附近其他酒店比起来没什么竞争力。
房间干净整洁，所有员工都非常友好。房间宽敞，地理位置优越。
房间隔音效果很差。我能听到隔壁和楼上房间的各种声音。凌晨两点被隔壁房间的夫妇说话声吵醒，非常烦人。
我们和家人来威纳奇时住的地方之一。环境好，干净，员工友好，靠近步道和市场。
工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。房间干净且宽敞。
